breathing
clinging to my tethered chains of nostalgia
free to wander
but sure to get lost
in fond thoughts of the future
A restless soul searches through my veins
for the silhouette of a comforting shadow
Living in a damaged dream
too far for some to find
I’m burying the castle
and creating my own fariytale
